My life used to be running and triathlons, there was never time for crafting, but after enduring an injury, everything changed. While training for the next race my body was not having any of it and was challenged to find a passion and be kinder to my body. Sewing and crocheting has become the new passion.

I have recently begun the journey to try and be more mindful of our planet and make changes to leave a green footprint. Start small and do what I can which inspired me to look around my home and figure out how to reduce the plastic and paper consumption. I am blessed with the opportunity to volunteer in my community fixing and repairing items to save them ended up in our landfills. Repair cafe at Reimagine Co London and fix-it repair faire

I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, while I miss running, I’m excited to be on this creative and zero waste journey.
